This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments made through pay.kaizengoa.com may be refunded or cancelled. By purchasing any service or program through our platform, you agree to the terms described below.
Workshop and Event Registrations
If you have registered for a live workshop or scheduled session:
Cancellation requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.
In some cases, at our discretion, we may offer the option to transfer the registration to a future session instead of issuing a refund.
Coaching Sessions
For one-to-one coaching sessions:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may not be eligible for refunds.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Digital Courses and Programs
For digital courses, recorded workshops, or online programs:
Once access to the digital content has been granted, refunds may not be provided.
If a technical issue prevents access to purchased content, our team will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide access.
Discounted or Promotional Bookings
Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable. Specific refund eligibility will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Cancellation by Kaizen Wellness
If Kaizen Wellness cancels a workshop, session, or program due to unforeseen circumstances:
Participants will be offered either:
a full refund, or
the option to transfer the registration to a future session.
No-Show Policy
Participants who fail to attend a scheduled workshop, session, or program without prior notice may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking system.
Payments on our platform are processed securely through Razorpay.
