MEET YOUR GUIDE

Akash Chanda

Akash is a movement and energy-based healing practitioner with 6+ years of experience in Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and somatic practices.

He blends traditional Chinese movement systems with breath awareness and fascia release techniques to support physical ease, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation.

His sessions are slow, grounding, and deeply restorative.

Healing begins when the body slows down.

Qigong is a 4,000-year-old traditional Chinese medicine practice that blends intentional movement, meditation and breathing.

We all have qi (pronounced “chi”), an energetic life force, flowing through our bodies. Qigong reduces stagnation of that energy, allowing the body to better heal itself.

Reduce Physical Tension

Release stiffness in the neck, shoulders, back and joints

Calm Nervous System

A shift from mental overactivity to grounded presence

Improve Body Energy

A sense of lightness as stagnant energy begins to flow

Mind-Body Awareness

Feel more connected to your breath, posture and internal state
