Simi Kohli is a holistic mindful arts healer based in Delhi. She practices and blends colour therapy, breath work and energy tapping to help participants release stress and connect with their inner selves.
Mindful Art is a powerful release and reflection tool.
Using simple lines, shading, and scribbles, we let go of all that we hold inside and uncover what words cannot express.

Guided Meditation (30 min)
Breath work and awareness practice to slow down, and connect with our inner emotional state.
Art Activity (30 min)
Using simple materials and prompts, we make art - allowing our emotions to flow naturally onto the canvas.
Reflection Circle (30 min)
Together, we interpret how the imagery, colours, and forms reflect your subconscious thoughts and feelings.
