Learn more about Kristine

Rooted in the holotropic–rebirthing breathwork lineage, Kristine works with the breath as a powerful gateway into expanded awareness. Her facilitation is deeply informed by her experience in holding space for altered and expanded states, including her professional training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy with Polaris Insight Center (USA). She skilfully supports participants through intense inner processes, with a strong emphasis on safety, presence, and integration.

Kristine’s approach is trauma-informed, somatic, and intuitive. She weaves together modern therapeutic understanding with influences from ancient and shamanic wisdom traditions, honoring the intelligence of the body, breath, and spirit as pathways to healing and transformation.

Through her global work, Kristine has supported hundreds of individuals in moving beyond survival patterns into wholeness, authenticity, and embodied freedom, while also mentoring new facilitators to step into their own path of service.

The power of healing lies in your breath.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is an active, somatic experience. We are going to use continuous breath patterns to open the body, and access emotions and energy that often stay buried. Your breathing will shift your oxygen and carbon dioxide levels, your body will react physically.

It is completely normal to experience:

Tingling and Numbness

Sensations in hands, feet or around your lips.

Muscle Contractions

Light muscle tightening in your hands or feet.

Emotional Release

Surges of emotion, such as crying or laughing.

Temperature Changes

Feeling warm, sweating or light shivering.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Is breathwork safe for me?

Yes, when guided by a trained practitioner. Before we begin, we’ll have a quick check-in to understand your needs and ensure the session is tailored to you. You’ll be supported the entire time, so you can relax into the experience with confidence.

Do I need prior experience?

No. Sessions are guided and suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.

What should I have ready?

A quiet space where you can lie down comfortably. A blanket. Headphones if possible. You don't need any equipment — just yourself and 90 minutes with nothing else scheduled after.

Will the session be recorded?

Yes. A recording will be shared with all participants so you can return to the experience whenever you need it.
