Text-Neck Reset Ritual

Release the stiffness that builds up from long hours at your phone or desk through guided mobility drills.

  • Reduce neck and shoulder stiffness

  • Restore movement to spine and hips

  • Designed to be done after a long day

Our necks
deserve better.

Picture this:

You just got through to the end of a demanding day. You put down your things, and start browsing the TV or phone to take your mind off of work.

Even when our minds are switched off, our body rarely gets a chance to relax.

The Reset

The 60-minute ritual is designed to as a reset to release against tension and stiffness leaving you feeling lighter and more posture-aware.

Here's how it works:

STEP 1

Understand the science

  • How screens and chairs quietly change our posture

  • Why “sit straight” or "tuck your chin" doesn't work

STEP 2

Practice with us

  • Undo prolonged sitting patterns

  • Reduce neck and shoulder load from screen use

STEP 3

Integrate into daily routine

  • Simple position changes that matter

  • What actually helps during long calls and focused work
